The payment should bear a clear description:

  • name and surname
  • amount paid
  • name of the Faculty
     

Refound policy

According to the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of 12 October 2006 regarding undertaking and undergoing studies and courses by foreigners and their participation in research studies and development (Polish Journal of Laws of  (Polish Journal of Laws, year 2016, item 1501)  § 18. section 6 The fees are refundable for the period of study, if the foreigner has received an academic leave or has been released from study for health reasons, confirmed by the reference of the doctor or other important documented reasons accidental.

Below, please find the list of necessary documents which have to be submitted to start tuition fee refund process:

  1. Appropiate document with justification (e.g. visa refusal letter from Embassy, doctor’s statement etc)
  2. The candidate’s official request of refunding the tution fee
  3. The following bank account details:

name bank
address bank
country bank
code SWIFT
number of account  (with IBAN if neccessary in the foreign bank)

name of beneficiary
address of beneficiary
country of beneficiary

 

Please note that each refund has to be justify. In case of no special circumstances exist University has right to reject to refund the tuition fee.

The process takes appoximately 2 -3 weeks.
