Students from Azerbaijan constitute an increasing group of foreign students in Poland. Over the last 4 years, the number of students from this country has increased threefold, from 761 in 2018 to 2,407 people. - in 2022, and participation in last year's fair in Baku also confirmed the great potential of this market for promoting the educational offer of our university.

Therefore, on November 4-5, Kateryna Suprun from the International Relations Office, together with representatives of 12 Polish universities, welcomed local youth at the international educational fair "a2 International Education Fairs Azerbaijan" in Baku. Over two days, the fair was visited by several thousand people. These were both groups organized by schools and individual visitors, who most often came to the fair with their entire families. During conversations with candidates and parents, questions were asked about the admission process, programmes (the most popular were Management, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence), as well as the conditions of studying or living in dormitories.

We are pleased with such a large turnout and interest in both bachelor’s and master's studies at our university and we expect that the promotion will result in an increase in the number of students from Azerbaijan in the coming years.
