Programme procedure

STEP – BY – STEP

1.  Get to know the PoMost Programme

• Read the text of the agreement and the rules for implementing the programme.
• Discover the offer of Universities participating in the PoMost Programme:
  •  The Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznan
  •  Poznan University of Physical Education 
  •  Magdalena Abakanowicz University of the Arts in Poznan
  •  Poznan University of Economics and Business
  •  Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznan
  •  Poznan University of Medical Sciences
  •  Poznan University of Life Sciences

2.  Select the course 

• Select the subject you would like to study at the host University.
• Find the syllabus for the subject. If the syllabus is unavailable, please contact the entity indicated in Appendix 1 by e-mail.  Use only university email address  for contact.

3.  Submit  the application

• Fill out the Application for qualification to the PoMost Programme Appendix  2 indicating, among others, the name of the host university, field of study, semester and academic year.
•  Include the syllabus of the proposed subject with your submission.
• Submit a set of documents (application + syllabus) to the dean’s office of your faculty.
• Check the schedule of the  academic year of the host university. The application must be submitted at least 4 weeks before the start of the semester at the host University. 

4.  Qualify for the PoMost Programme

• Once you have been informed that you have been accepted to the programme, please follow the rules set out in the Agreement.
• In the event of a negative decision of the host University  you will receive a justification. 

5.  Confirmation of getting credit for the course

•  On getting the credit for the subject obtain the confirmation – Appendix 3
•  Please forward the document to your dean's office.
